Managing your Profile
An example of the “Manage Profile” page:
This page is only accessible to the micro-site admin(s)
- Returns the admin to the profile home page
- Allows you to edit the profile information, including Organization description and contact information, which gets displayed on the “home” page
- Upload your organization logo
- Allows you to select options for the Forum, Announcements and Member Forum. For example you could decide to allow the members forum to be accessed by non members and the Member Forum only accessible to members. Select “update” after making any changes
- If a registered vKoopia user requests to join, by selecting the “Join” button in (e) above, this is where you can elect to accept or reject them. If there are no pending requests, this will be empty
- A list of members the admin(s) has accepted. Hovering over their name provides you with some information, including their business profile. Selecting the name takes you to their “public profile” on vKoopia
- A list of micro-site admins, where you can share the responsibility of administering the site
- Where you can add a new admin to the micro-site. Enter their vKoopia user name. The user must already be a member of the group, with their name appearing in the “Members List” (6)
Moderating the Forums and Announcements
The micro-site admin(s) can moderate the forum posts, member forum posts and Announcement posts. View the forums and Announcement posts to take any action, including any post deletion.
