How to best use vKoopia
Configure your user profile- select your user profile options in “preferences”, under “my vKoopia”
- view your “public profile” - this is what other users will see when they follow your name (any contributions you make on vKoopia will include your user name)
- if you hide your email address, other users can contact you through the internal messaging system
- create your business profile to promote your business, in the “Business Directory”, under “Market Place”
- once created, you can go back to it and add your logo
- you can update your profile at anytime
- extended profiles are available with an optional blog, forum and referrals from other businesses. This enables networking with customers and suppliers and adds confidence and credibility More
- a link to your business profile is automatically created on your “public profile”
- your profile can be viewed by all users, even unregistered ones
- find new B2B opportunities, customers and suppliers, in the business directory
- network with others you do business with and elect to show these companies on your business profile. You need to approve businesses that wish to connect with you and you have full control of deciding to display them on your profile More
- join the conversation and share tips in the Knowledge Sharing Forum under the “Knowledge Center”
- answer other’s questions - promote your expertise, knowledge
- promote your knowledge and credibility - your contributions show your username, you username is linked to your public profile and your public profile is linked to your business profile
- collaborate with your peers for mutual benefit - share what you are willing to share – benefit from the wisdom of the crowd
