To add a YouTube video into your crowdsourcing post, webinar or forum topic, enter this line:

How do I make changes to my Business profile?
A:
If you have already created a Business profile in the Market Place Business Directory, you can make changes to it by going to the directory and browse through the categories until you see your profile. Next to your profile you will see an "edit" link.
Alternatively, you can go to "My vKoopia", "My vKoopia Home". On that page you will see your business profile listed. Select the "edit" icon on the right hand side where you will be taken to the edit page.
Make your changes and "save".

Why do I get "permission denied" when trying to access a page?

On vKoopia there are pages only accessible to members of private groups. You have to be a member of that group to access that page.

How do I add a logo to my business profile?
A:
You can only add a logo after you have created your profile. First create your business profile, save it then view your it from the Directory. As owner of the profile you will see a link in the top left hand corner allowing you to add your logo.

An Extended Business Profile prvides you with newtorking and collaboration tools to interact with your current and future clients and customers. For more information see

Do I have to pay for an Extended Profile? It says "upgrade".
A:
Currently, there is no charge to use an Extended Profile. "Upgrade" is the process to move your existing, Basic profile to an Extended one while keeping all the existing information you have already created.

How do I make a Group private?
A:
If you are the admin of the Group, then you can grant access to members who wish to join. Only members of a Group can see the Group's discussions. If you wish the group to be private then we suggest you mention this group is "Private" in the description box, to avoid unnecessary invite requests.
