Simin Foster is leading vKoopia’s Business and Marketing activities. She has over twenty years of both corporate and entrepreneurial business experience with expertise in sales, marketing, project management and organizational leadership. She also has substantial systems engineering and integration experience. She has proven track record in strategic business development through leveraging partnerships, staff development and empowerment, excellence in customer service and experience, and managing creativity. She has held senior management positions in small and large technology companies including a technology start-up.


Steve Foster is vKoopia’s CTO and Research and Development Leader. Steve has over 25 years of experience in telecommunications in various senior management roles including technology planning, development, systems engineering, network and business planning, architecture and strategy. Steve’s expertise is in creating value from the analysis and synthesis applied to a combination of networks, technologies and business. This leverages a broad base of knowledge across the quantification, segmentation and evolution of the market, a wide range of current and emerging technologies, business planning, economics, finance and strategy to define and develop new business opportunities.
